OregonFurnitureBrokers.com is your online furniture store with local service.  We are located in Hillsboro, Oregon and serve all of Oregon and SW Washington.   You will find bedroom furniture, chairs and ottomans, dining room furniture, entertainment centers, futons and sleeper sofas, kids and youth bedroom furniture, living room furniture, mattresses, occasional tables, office furniture, recliners, room accents and more!

Why are your prices so low?

At Oregon Furniture Brokers, we operate on a low-overhead business model. We don't have a fancy showroom, annoying salespeople, or expensive advertising. We buy our furniture directly from the manufacturer and deliver it to your door. There's no middle-man involved. This way, you get the same quality furniture as those fancy furniture stores at highly discounted prices!

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Your order will be delivered to you from our closest distribution center.    Once you have placed your order, you will be contacted by the distribution center's manager. Most items purchased at Distribution Center can be delivered the same day in the Portland Metropolitan Area. If it is not in stock at our Distribution Center, but is in stock at the manufacturer, you can have your items in 2 weeks or less.

However, sometimes items are out of stock and will not be delivered to you until after they arrive at the manufacturer. Our distribution center managers will do their best to keep you informed of when the item is expected to be back in stock.  If you have any questions on the items your are ordering, please feel free to contact us.

 

Is the furniture good quality?

Yes. Most of the furniture that we sell, you probably have seen in a local furniture store already. That's because we buy from the same manufacturers that the furniture stores do.
Keep in mind that quality is also based on price. While all of the furniture we sell is of good quality, the higher the price, the higher the quality. Just like in the furniture stores.

Can you set up my furniture when you deliver it?

Yes, with White Glove Delivery and Set-up. After you check out, you will be contacted by one of our warehouse managers. You can choose other delivery options at that time.

What Credit Cards do you accept?

We use Pay Pal for payments and they accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.  Items purchased at our Distribution Center, may be paid with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash or Check.

 

Do I need to have a Pay Pal account to make a purchase?

No. The set-up of a Pay Pal account is only optional.

 

When does my credit card get charged?

20% of the sale will be charged upon check-out through Pay Pal. The remaining 80%, plus any delivery fees will be charged by the distribution center handling the delivery. Pay Pal DOES NOT provide us with your credit card information. You will have to provide payment information to the distribution center before delivery. Most distribution centers accept credit cards, check or cash.

 

Can I pay by check?

Yes. If you have a Pay Pal account, they have the option of paying by check. Set up a Pay Pal account.

If you are paying at our Distribution Center, you may write a check.

Do you have a store?

No, but we do have a 3,000 sq ft distribution center for pick up and delivery.  We display some of the most current and popular designs and styles of Sofas, Sectionals, our in-stock Mattress program and a few our Bedroom Collections and other items so you can view and feel  them before you purchase.

What warranties do you offer on your pieces?

OregonFurntitureBorkers.com guarantees that all pieces will be delivered as ordered.  All of our products are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty.  We also offer a Relax - You’re Covered warranty that extends the life of your furniture for all damage...even it it’s your fault.  

What if my order arrives damaged?

If any of your pieces arrive to you with any damage or defects, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery and we will assist you in getting any issues taken care of immediately.

Are finish colors accurate?

Yes. However, colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.  If you are not sure of the color, you should contact us for a better description.

The family behind OregonFurnitureBrokers.com has been providing high quality Home Furnishings to Oregon and Southwest Washington since 1984 through retail venues. “2009” brings about new ways of shopping thus launching our new online furniture company called OregonFurnitureBrokers.com to bring you local service at direct pricing.

Once your order has been processed with OregonFurnitureBrokers.com, you will be contacted within 2 weeks about the status of your order and approximate delivery date.
