OregonFurnitureBrokers.com is your online furniture store with local service.  We are located in Hillsboro, Oregon and serve all of Oregon and SW Washington.   You will find bedroom furniture, chairs and ottomans, dining room furniture, entertainment centers, futons and sleeper sofas, kids and youth bedroom furniture, living room furniture, mattresses, occasional tables, office furniture, recliners, room accents and more!

Why are your prices so low?

At Oregon Furniture Brokers, we operate on a low-overhead business model. We don't have a fancy showroom, annoying salespeople, or expensive advertising. We buy our furniture directly from the manufacturer and deliver it to your door. There's no middle-man involved. This way, you get the same quality furniture as those fancy furniture stores at highly discounted prices!

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders very in time from instock all the way up to 5-6 weeks if you designed a special sofa or sectional in one of our many custom fabrics or Leathers .    Once you have placed your order online or at the Showroom, you will be notified and told how long your order will take. Most items shown at at the Showroom can be delivered the same day in the Portland Metropolitan Area. If it is not in stock at our Showroom, but is in stock at the manufacturer, you can have your items in 2 weeks or less.

However, sometimes items are out of stock and will not be delivered to you until after they arrive at the manufacturer. Our Showroom manager will do their best to keep you informed of when the item is expected to be back in stock.  If you have any questions on the items your are ordering, please feel free to contact us.

 

Is the furniture good quality?

Yes. Most of the furniture that we sell are made right here in Oregon. That's because  we try to shop local as well and buy the best merchandise that is out there with the most options. Keep in mind that quality is also based on price (especailly pertaining to Dining & Bedroom Furniture). While all of the furniture we sell is of good quality, some merchandise we do buy from outside our region just to keep our competative low price we offer. If you have any specific questions about the quality of the furniture you are interested in, please feel free to contact us.

 

Can you set up my furniture when you deliver it?

Yes, All of our Deliveries include Setup.

What Credit Cards do you accept?

You may  pay with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash or Check.


When does my credit card get charged?

50% of the sale will be charged at time of purchase. The remaining 50%, plus any delivery fees will be charged prior to pick up or delivery.  

Do you have a store?

Yes!  We have a 3,000 sq ft Design Center/Showroom where we display some of the most current and popular designs and styles of Sofas, Sectionals.  Most come in over 150 different Fabric Options and multiple Leather optionas as well  Plus we have an in-stock Mattress program and a few of our Bedroom & Dining Collections.  You can view samples of all of our product available on the web site.

What warranties do you offer on your pieces?

OregonFurntitureBrokers.com guarantees that all pieces will be delivered as ordered.  All of our products are covered under their respective manufacturer's warranty.  We also offer a Relax - You’re Coveredwarranty that extends the life of your furniture for all damage...even it it’s your fault.  

What if my order arrives damaged?

If any of your pieces arrive to you with any damage or defects, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery and we will assist you in getting any issues taken care of immediately.

Are finish colors accurate?

Yes. However, colors can vary by personal perceptions, monitor type and age, video card differences and printing variations.  If you are not sure of the color, you should contact us for a better description.

 

What is your return Policy?

Since we special order direct from the manufacturer and some items in special fabrics & leathers we cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.  However any item ordered or purchased that is displayed at our Showroom in the exact color, fabric, or leather can be returned for a full refund within 3 days.
